I am very pleased with this place. We opt to sit outside. Bread and oil was brought out right away. (Even Refilled) We decided on the Calamari. The Best Calamari in recent memory! We both ordered the Seafood Trio as an entree. Salmon, white fish and Scallops. Scallops were the star of the show. Good white fish. The Salmon I wasn't a fan of. I think it was frozen. A little expensive but We left full and happy. Excellent Service!

I don't know where to begin. This is my family's second time coming here for Easter brunch and I must say this year was a absolute DISASTER. We went in and the woman who checked us in was amazing. We had a reservation for 1pm and looks like nearly 100+ people did as well. Someone removed the lady from the front who was amazingly organized and the gentleman who I believe to be the owner well wasn't organized at all. Would leave the check in booth for 10 minutes at a time and there would be literally 40+ people waiting to be checked in. We were told by three other people are tables were this one and that one and people who had later reservations were being seated BEFORE US! The gentleman then proceeded to tell us follow me your going to be seated and then as we pass a family was like never mind going to have to wait a few more minutes. People were getting very frustrated and I can understand the place was busy but we're going up to the owner even saying people were being seated before the people waiting for 30+ minutes.

Well we are finally seated and the waiter was nice but you can tell he was completely overwhelmed. We were told there was a juice bar so we went over there numerous times to find no one there and we couldn't serve ourselves obviously.

The food was overall was good but would I come here again for the holidays absolutely not.

I ordered the fish tacos. Have you looked at the menu? There are some amazing sounding dishes... and I ordered the fish tacos!

I was spoiled out in Van Nuys eating at Senior Sol. Hector used to hook me up with the fish tacos. This place was kinda famous for them, at least in the neighborhood. They were grilled, topped with perfection, and literally melted in your mouth. I've never tasted anything like them since!

I will say that Protocol impressed me.

There are a few things you can order that will allow you to test the quality of a Chef's menu. They are the hidden things, and almost always the simple things. The type of thing a Chef would make for themselves to eat. Something perhaps, like a fish taco!

When we sat down my Uncle asked what our server would recommended. She quickly told us that they are known for their seafood. Grilled, blackened fish tacos with a mango habanero sauce, Pico, in a flour tortilla... That screams special menu item. I'll take one of those and some fries, please!

It is a rather precise thing to grill fish to the point that its crispy, seasoned, and tasty on the outside, but flaky on the inside. This fish was grilled perfectly! The slaw on top was not over powering and enhanced the Pico rather well. The amount of both also felt like a perfect scooping. The mango habanero sauce was sparse, and only existed for 2 or 3 small bites. When it was present, it hit with a flavorful punch that made me want another bite! These were some of the best fish tacos I've had since Senior Sol and possibly the best I've had yet in Buffalo! My only (and this is a grain of salt complaint) suggestion would be to find a better tortilla. A little thinner (double wrapping is OK) and a little more flavor. The thicker "mission valley from a bag" flavor didn't help an otherwise amazing experience!

Cheers to Protocol for giving us a great time as well. My Mom enjoyed her 75th birthday with family. My Dad enjoyed the cheese cake. My Uncle enjoyed the scallops. My other uncle realized he over ordered, and will continue to enjoy his ribs! I loved the fish tacos. I can't wait to bring 1 specific friend back to try them!

The fish tacos are 3 to an order. They come with a small scooping of fresh guacamole and cost $15. Water is free, happy hour is cheaper!

1st time experience -the food was Delicious however the service was extremely slow : date I say almost non-existent.  I mean however sweet our server was - she was too overwhelmed with work(mumblings of someone calling in sick) to come back to follow up if we wanted another drink so presently hard to recommend this place.

Another organization meeting/speaker. If you are not served the buffet and order off of the Fixe menu, you are in good shape. This time I could choose. Last time was the small buffet...blegh ' dry, plain, fried. Today's meal was worth 4 stars, but that buffet is worth only 2. The servers were helpful, but dessert came out so late that they automatically boxed them all up in front of us. Meh.
